Workshops

A workshop is a short (two to five days) structured intervention that could take the form of:

Distance learning like e-learning or
Contact sessions like workshops as well as
A combination of the two.

A workshop normally has pre-work in the form of self-study through either printed or electronic material. Competence acquired is usually assessed and a workshop is generally followed by an application assignment.
