Early in 2017 Afrimat (a leading black empowered open pit mining company providing industrial minerals and construction materials and listed in the ‘Construction & Building Materials’ sector of the Main Board JSE) commissioned a bespoke leadership development programme with the purpose to sharpen the leadership potential of the possible next echelon of leaders in this vibrant business.
The integrated learning programme is focused on three challenges that all new leaders need to become familiar with, namely;

- Leading in business and community.
