This bespoke programme has successfully been running in Renault SA and its Dealer Network since February 2016. It was designed based on a blended learning approach comprising of pre- and post -assessments, integrated workplace assignments, guidance and mentoring support from direct managers. It covers concepts and learning related to leading of self, conversations, business and others and is concluded with individual coaching sessions.
Optima designed and developed the programme and facilitates all the modules.
Currently two major target groups consisting of carefully selected Dealer Principles and their Sales Managers are busy with the programme with the purpose of creating additional synergy and managerial strength in Dealerships.
Due to the programme’s success another intake of participants are expected to start in July 2017 and will provide similar exciting development opportunities for Service and Part leaders in the business.
