This bespoke programme was commissioned by Mr Nicholas De Canha, CEO of Renault
SA. It was designed based on a blended learning approach comprising pre- and post -assessments, integrated workplace assignments, guidance and mentoring support from direct managers. It covers concepts and learning related to leading of self, conversations, business and others and is concluded with individual coaching sessions.
Two pilot groups are currently busy with the programme. One group consists of the CEO and his direct reports, and the other is a group of ten nationally selected First Line Managers. The programme was launched in February 2016 and runs over a period of five months, two one-day modules per month.
